Dental technology
Dental laboratory costs.
For some treatments, such as crowns and dentures, we work closely with a dental laboratory. The laboratory sends us the invoice for their work. This amount is then charged to you via our invoice. The Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa) makes sure that we do not charge you any extra costs for this.
Dental laboratory costs depend on the work involved.
The costs of dental technology depend on the piece of work. The same crown or denture, for example, may have a different laboratory price for two patients because the work involved can differ per patient.
We therefore advise you to consult the cost estimate you receive in advance if the treatment costs € 250 or more (in writing from € 500).
Below you will find the most recent prices for the most common pieces of dental laboratory work. We have tried to keep these prices as up to date as possible. This list is only intended as an indication of the costs you can expect.
The cost estimate you receive is always leading. Occasionally, the final invoice may be higher than the estimate because of additional work. Where possible, we always try to discuss this with you.
