What counts as an emergency outside our practice hours?

Emergencies include post-operative bleeding, accidents and severe pain. Outside our opening hours there is always a dentist on duty whom you can call. The help provided will only consist of emergency care. If, for example, a small piece of a tooth has broken off and you are not in pain, it is often better to wait until our practice is open again. Extra costs are charged for the emergency service.

Paying for emergency care

Emergency care usually has to be paid on the spot. You are also kindly requested to bring your insurance details, a list of the medicines you use and your identity document.
