Your invoice

How are the costs of a treatment charged? When will you receive an invoice?

In the Netherlands, most dental care for children aged 0 to 18 is covered by the basic health insurance. Braces, however, are usually not covered. Care for adult patients is in most cases covered by your supplementary insurance. We have made arrangements with your health insurer, so that we can charge a large part of your invoice, sometimes the whole invoice, directly to your health insurer. You will only receive an invoice for the part that your health insurer does not cover. You will then receive this invoice from Infomedics.

Infomedics

Always check an invoice from Infomedics. Unusual email addresses and/or spelling mistakes almost always indicate fraud. Are you unsure whether an email is genuine? Do not click on any links and do not make a payment.
